Sometimes, due to poor internet connectivity, this issue may also happen. So, first, check for that.
Issue With Internet Connection
There may be some technical problem with your ISP. Try to access other apps and programs that require the internet to run. If nothing runs means there is indeed a problem with the connectivity. Either try to reset your router on your own or you can ask support from your ISP.
Clear Cache of Google Play Store to fix the Error 910
As we are talking about Play Store, it is important to clear its Cache memory and sees if that solves the Google Play Error 910. Sometimes cache memory may get loaded with junk files that eat up the memory space. Hence, this will lead to issues in the smooth running of the corresponding app.
- Launch Settings app > go to Apps & notifications > tap on See All Apps
- Scroll down in the list to Google Play Store. Expand it by tapping on it
- Select Storage & Cache > tap on Clear cache
Clearing the Cache of Google Services Framework
This one is a system app that handles the update and functioning of some other system applications. Sometimes it may also have corrupt data in the cache. So, you have to clear it out.
- Go to Settings > Apps & notifications > See All Apps
- Then tap on the top-right-corner on the 3-dot icon > Select Show System (to display the list of system apps)

Unmount the SD Card on your Device
If you use an SD card on your Android device, that may be corrupt and is causing the Google Play Error 910. So, you have to remove it. You can remove it virtually. Then go for installing your Play Store updates. Later you can remount the SD card. This is how you should do it.
- Go to Settings > Storage
- You should see options for internal storage and an SD card (you will see this only if you use one)
- Besides the SD card tab, there will be an eject icon. Tap on it to unmount
- Now go to Google Play Store. You should be able to install new apps or update existing apps.
- Once done, come back to Storage via Settings
- The SD Card status should show Ejected

- Go to Settings > Accounts
- You should see the list of accounts you have across various apps you use
- Look for the account you are using to log in to the Google App. Tap on it
- Then tap on the option Remove Account
These days most people use a minimum of two Google accounts for official and personal works. For that, make sure you log out from all the Google accounts.
Log-in to Your Google Account
- Go to Settings > tap on Account
- Scroll down to the option Add Account > From the list of apps select Google as you have to log in to it.
- You will be asked the PIN or screen pattern lock to authenticate your add account request.
- Once authenticated, enter your email ID and password.
- Now, after re-login try to install a new app from Play Store or install an update to your existing apps. You should be able to do it without any hindrance.
