Update: Poornima Gupta from Reuters got a statement from Apple on Mansfield:
Apple Senior Vice President of Technologies Bob Mansfield has mysteriously disappeared from the executive organization chart on Apple’s website, as noted by MacRumors. Apple has not made any announcement regarding Mansfield, and it is unclear if this change is in error or if Mansfield has left the company. Last year, Mansfield announced his retirement, only to return to Apple in the new role of SVP of Technologies late last year. At that time, Tim Cook told employees that Mansfield would remain at Apple until late 2014.

No Technologies successor nor reasoning behind the decision announced. Perhaps Mansfield grew tired of the executive role and wanted to focus on the special projects which include the watch product.
