Now that The Big Bang Theory is over, fans are rewatching the series to get their fill of their favorite Pasadena, Califonia residents. We’ve watched this series closely for 12 seasons. These seven stars are apart of our nightly routine, just as dinner at Apartment 4A is for those on screen. All isn’t completely lost, though. The Big Bang Theory’s spinoff Young Sheldon is still going strong and is a great peek inside the mind of a young Sheldon Cooper....

The Bluetooth SIG Board of Directors today announced the appointment of new officers including current board member Joakim Linde, a Sr. Wireless Architect at Apple, appointed as Secretary of the board. Linde joins other new officers appointed today including Toby Nixon of Microsoft as Chairman and Magnus Olsson of Ericsson AB as Vice-chairman. Linde takes over Toby Nixon’s role as secretary as Nixon becomes Chairman of the board, while the previous Vice Chairman, James Rutledge of Lenovo, is no longer listed as a board member....

Black Christmas is ostensibly a remake of a horror classic, but the film has so little in common with the original, it might as well be brand new. A common complaint levied at remakes is sticking too closely to the original film, a trait that remakes like The Omen, Psycho, and Carrie take to extremes, almost being carbon copies of their predecessors. Blackboard is out today with details on how its implementation of its student ID credential system with Apple’s Wallet platform will work in iOS 12. With the goal to create a “seamless experience” across campuses nationwide, students will be able to use their digital IDs for just about anything that physical IDs are used for. Announced in a press release, Blackboard says that it is the first campus credential provider to bring NFC contactless student IDs to iPhone and Apple Watch....

The filming for Marvel’s upcoming Black Widow has reportedly been delayed until June. Scarlett Johansson first appeared as Natasha Romanoff, a.k.a. Black Widow, in Iron Man 2 in 2010, but has since appeared in several entries of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Black Widow last appeared (and survived) in Avengers: Infinity War and her first solo movie is seemingly moving forward. Fans have been asking for a solo Black Widow movie for years now, but things really started to move forward for the film last year....

Update Nov. 20: Borderlands 2 is now available on Mac for $45. Aspyr Media and 2k Games announced this afternoon that Borderlands 2 would launch on Mac Nov. 20. Borderlands 2, a Gearbox Software-made sequel to the original Borderlands, is being delivered to Mac gamers by publisher Aspyr later this month. The game was originally released to much fanfare Sept. 18 on Steam for Windows and for Xbox 360, and it has been called “a winner” by reviewers....

Birds of Prey is one of the most fun movies that DC has ever released. While it might not be perfect, it was overall a funny, over-the-top romp that was enjoyable to experience. Earlier this year, BitTorrent announced a new BitTorrent Now app that allows users to stream a variety of content including videos and music. At the time, the app was Android-only, but now the app has officially come to iOS and Apple TV. BitTorrent says that a variety of publishers have signed on to share content on the BitTorrent Now platform, including The Onion, Super Deluxe, and IHeartComix. Right after opening the BitTorrent Now app, users will be able to choose from all kinds of content from those publishers and more....
